Coming Up: Our Inaugural Men’s Mental Health Symposium

The Barry F. Lorenzetti Foundation’s inaugural “Men’s Mental Health Symposium,” an important new initiative in our mission to advance mental health care, will take place this Fall in Montreal.

No excuses: it's time to talk about men's mental health.  Men account for about three-quarters of all suicide deaths in Canada. Meanwhile, studies have shown that many men hesitate to seek help with depression or mental illness, largely due to persistent gender-specific stigmas.

Our symposium aims to dispel these stigmas and bring this conversation to the forefront. Expect powerful voices, honest dialogue, and meaningful connections.
